Choose around the business
We document markets, currencies, purchase models and platform constraints before comparing providers. Availability, fees, settlement and merchant acceptance are confirmed directly with the chosen provider.
Payment gateways & commerce
Turn payment requirements into a coherent checkout experience. We advise on gateway selection and coordinate technical integration with your commerce team.
We document markets, currencies, purchase models and platform constraints before comparing providers. Availability, fees, settlement and merchant acceptance are confirmed directly with the chosen provider.
Scope includes checkout, payment confirmation, failed payments, refunds and subscriptions where relevant. Responsibilities for gateway configuration, implementation and customer support are made explicit.
Sandbox testing covers successful and failed transactions, duplicate notifications and reconciliation. We favour provider-hosted payment collection so sensitive card details do not pass through a marketing website.
What the engagement includes
Consulting and integration services. Payment processing, underwriting and settlement are supplied by the selected payment provider.
Let’s make a plan ↗04 / THE SCOPE IN DETAIL
| Workstream | What we examine | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Provider selection | Markets, currencies, merchant eligibility, recurring billing needs and integration constraints. | A requirements matrix and questions for providers; commercial terms remain subject to their confirmation. |
| Checkout integration | Hosted checkout or payment components, order states, confirmation handling and reconciliation requirements. | An integration specification with events, responsibilities and acceptance scenarios. |
| Recurring & operational flows | Renewals, unsuccessful payments, cancellation, refunds and the information needed by support. | A tested operational playbook and handover to the team managing transactions. |
